On warm honey roasted vegetable and baby spinach salad

On a roasted vegetable cake, finished with cranberry and white wine gravy

Filled with matured cheddar and smoked leg ham, on sweet potato and butternut pumpkin puree

Mediterranean vegetable crêpes

Finished with a white wine and herb sauce and fresh garden salad
